Since each piece is handcrafted to your specifications in our workshop, production typically takes 2-4 weeks, followed by 3-7 business days for shipping depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our designer furniture worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the dimensions of your order and your destination country.
Can I request fabric or material samples before ordering?
Absolutely. We understand the importance of texture and color in your home. You can order a sample kit from our website to experience our wood finishes, metal coatings, and fabric swatches in person.
What is your return policy for bespoke items?
Items that are fully customized (specific fabric and frame combinations) are made-to-order and cannot be returned. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it immediately at no extra cost.
How do I maintain and clean my By Crea furniture?
We recommend using a damp microfiber cloth for metal and wood surfaces. For fabrics, immediate spot cleaning with a mild detergent is best. Avoid harsh chemicals to preserve the integrity of the hand-applied finishes.
Do I need to assemble the furniture myself?
Most of our chairs and stools are delivered fully assembled and ready for use. For larger items like dining tables, minimal assembly may be required; in these cases, all necessary tools and clear instructions are included.
